Reached out Nov.20th with a description of project, asking specifically for two knobs,similar to one of her photos & wondering if I could get photos to choose from before shipping. Response " pay for the item & I will choose something nice". Purchased item Nov.25th. NOTE: item in stock & ships 3-5 days. I messaged again with a request for a photo & addtl description of desires. Used message box at purchase screen- asking to refer to the message. No response,no photos. Sent note Dec5th-no response. Tracking# generated on Dec9th. Dec15th sent note, carrier didn't have package yet. Responded on Dec19 saying Etsy was slow &my items would arrive. Dec25 item arrive. Not what I asked for. Wont use. Month after paying. Found another vendor to purchased items from. Out money & time because of her unprofessionalism. Very disappointed.

These agate knobs came quickly and were packaged securely. But to top it off they are seriously beautiful. Like holy cow they go so well on my new desk in my gemstone themed bedroom. The copper leafing add a beautiful touch.
