Linda was fantastic to work with! I needed to add to my order and it was not an issue! When I got my knobs the quality was amazing! Absolutely love them and will buy again!

After ordering I asked about a specific size to see if they could come in that size since the description advertised customization options. After letting Linda know the size I was informed it would be an additional five dollars per handle. Since they are already really pricey I did not want to pay that and wanted to cancel the order all together. I was not charged the additional five dollars per handle but I no longer wanted these handles given the situation. Linda would not allow me to cancel, shipped my items anyway after requesting the cancellation multiple times specifically before the ship date. They were still shipped anyway. Now that they have arrived I was even more taken aback by the cost for what condition these are. Poorly made, the stones are barely glued on &already broken off. They are not properly adhered at all.
